| LB School of Self Defense is a place where you feel at home. The instructors, Mrs. & Mr. E are very good people. They not only teach Martial Arts, they also teach Discipline, Respect and Responsibility. My kids have been taking Martial Arts lessons for a year now and I can see how they have more confidence because Mrs. & Mr. E helped them build that confidence by teaching them how to Respect Themselves and others, and to encourage them to do good. Not just at Martial Arts but in school too, by praising them for their good grades and everything they excel in, like sports and at home for their good deeds. | Thank you Mr. & Mrs. E. for all the care and support you have given me before, during and after my back surgery. Most people become sedentary around the time of a major back surgery. You and my classmates and their families supported me through the whole thing. Due to your support, knowledge and love, I have managed to heal at what my doctor says is an amazingly fast rate. I've been able to forego physical therapy and the healing techniques you suggested and taught have been amazingly useful and helpful. Not to mention that I've lost 16 pounds in six months! Savanna, my daughter, has learned to step up to the plate in an even bigger way. She thinks her actions through and weighs the consequences and how they will affect people's feelings and their day. She's learning to follow through on her words and stand by what she says. Mrs. Cook |
| I have noticed a change in my son. He has taken more responsibility for his actions. He is doing much better with his chores. He has been doing them without being told, for the most part. Still have "Those Days" sometimes. He has a little more confidence. I can't wait until he has a couple more months under his belt. If only after a couple months he has come this far in his life skills, What will happen in the months to come. Thanks to LB School I think he has found his niche in life.
